“Cambridge-based Charlie Allen Renovations has won a 2024 PRO New England Best Residential Exterior Gold Award for its work on several outdoor spaces including a roof-deck and a new entry and portico at a Winchester, MA home. The award is shared with project partner Traverse Architects of Cambridge and was presented at the 2024 PRO Awards at the Clarke Showroom in Milford, MA on Wednesday, May 8.

 

Charlie Allen Renovations and Traverse Architects had previously accomplished a series of interior renovations for the homeowners, a couple who work in the music industry and enjoy hosting large gatherings and in-home concerts at their house. The final phase of this multi-year partnership focused on exterior spaces, including the introduction of an expansive roof deck with a fire pit, kitchenette, seating area, and pergola.
